Australian delivery is free. International delivery is AUD $100 per order and is shown in checkout. International orders are subject to destination import requirements and charges.

Payment before dispatch

Place your order by selecting Bank Transfer or PayID at checkout. No money is collected on this website. Our team confirms availability and provides current payment instructions by email or official WhatsApp using your order reference. If paying later, contact us again before transferring so we can reconfirm availability and current instructions. Payment must clear before dispatch. An order confirmation is not confirmation of payment or dispatch.

Handling and delivery estimates

Estimated delivery within Australia is 1–3 days after payment is confirmed, depending on your location. This is an estimate, not a guaranteed arrival date. Contact us before ordering if you need delivery by a particular date.

The estimate starts after payment is confirmed, not when the order is placed. Payment must clear before dispatch. Delivery estimates can be affected by the destination and carrier operations. International delivery timing is quoted separately and may also be affected by customs or biosecurity clearance.

International orders and import rules

Animal foods, supplements and some other pet products may be restricted by the destination country. Contact us before placing an international order to confirm whether your selected products can be supplied to your destination. A country appearing in the checkout selector is not confirmation that every product can be imported there.

Destination customs duties and import taxes are payable by the recipient and are separate from our AUD $100 shipping charge. We do not promise customs clearance or invent destination-specific fees.

Delivery details and order updates

We deliver eligible products across Australia, including all states and territories. Check your name, street address, suburb or city, state or region, postcode and country before placing the order. Contact us promptly with your order reference if a correction is needed; changes may not be possible after dispatch.
