Checkout collects your name, email, phone number, delivery address, selected products, payment method, bank name, payment timing and optional notes. Enquiries collect your name, reply email and message, with optional product and order references.

Storage and email

Orders and enquiries are stored in our website database. Notifications are queued for sales@petstorepty.shop using Resend. Hosting and email providers process information needed to operate these services. Our team uses your details to answer questions, provide verified payment instructions, fulfil orders and handle returns.

Optional chat

If connected, live chat loads only when opened and is provided by tawk.to, which processes chat messages and device information under its privacy policy. Do not send financial credentials through chat.

Your device

Your cart is saved in local storage. Your order reference, selected products, payment preferences and totals may be kept in session storage. Your address and contact details are not saved in this receipt.

Privacy questions
